Acceptance of Terms

New Beginning Games, LLC, hereafter referred as NBG, provides services to its users in accordance with the terms and conditions listed herein, and our privacy policy.  These terms and conditions may be updated by NBG at any time without prior notice.  Purchasing a product from NBG constitutes an acceptance by NBG and the user of these terms and conditions.

Terms of Sale

When accepting orders via this website, NBG will only accept the forms of payment that are immediately available on the website.  Transactions in person can be made using forms of payment that are immediately available to NBG on-site.  NBG typically processes an order within 24 hours of first receipt, and ships within three (3) days of first receipt.

Shipping

User is responsible for shipping costs on orders totalling less than $50, except in instances where arrangements for a local delivery are made with NBG.  Shipping costs are paid at the time of purchase and are non-refundable.

Backorders

If purchased product is not immediately available, NBG will inform user of the status of the order, and will further advise when the product is ready to ship.

Return Policy

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.  All requests for returns must be submitted within seven (7) days of delivery.

If the product contains a manufacturer defect, NBG will arrange replacement at no additional shipping cost.
If the product is damaged in shipping, NBG will arrange replacement at no additional shipping cost.
If the user refuses delivery, or the product is returned as undeliverable, NBG will issue a credit for cost of the product, less a 20% restocking fee.
If the user returns the product for personal reasons, NBG will issue a credit for cost of the product, less a 20% restocking fee, once NBG has received the returned item and deems it to be in saleable condition.  User assumes cost of return shipping.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled prior to shiping at no cost to user.  All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

Indemnity

User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless NBG, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the above services (the "service"), your connection to the service, your violation of said service, or your violation of any rights of another.

Limitation of Liability

User expressly understands and agrees that NBG shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to: damages for loss of product, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if Covenant Games has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use our website service; the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services purchased or obtained or messages received or transactions entered into through or from the service; unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; statements or conduct of any third party on the service; or any other matter relating to the service.
